I have set out to create simple, accessible resources to help those who suffer from depression as well as the people in their lives.
Each booklet is targeted at a specific topic. It is not necessary to read them all, or to read them in order.
These books are printed at home, bound by hand, and mailed with love. I hope they can help you in your journey.

Short
Each booklet is written to be “short and sweet” with about 30 pages. In addition, many booklets include exercises and journaling space, making them more succinct than they appear.

Wire-Spined
Your book comes bound with a double-loop wire spine, perfect for laying flat or folding back on itself. Books can also be made with plastic comb binding by special request.

Sincere
I am not a therapist, a doctor, or a mental health professional. What I am, is a fellow survivor. Every word comes from personal experience, either mine or those close to me.
I truly believe that depression can be defeated. I hope that I can help others in their battles, as writing these resources has helped me.
Please feel free to email me any time! Whether you want to tell your story, just voice your thoughts, or let me know what you’d like to see next, I love to hear from my readers!
Each book is printed and bound here, in my home. If you need larger print or another accommodation, I will do my best to work with you. Reach out and we’ll see what can be done!
Every manuscript will always be a living document. If you have a recommendation for improvement, please share your thoughts. I won’t accept every suggestion, but I promise to read and consider each one!
If we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience. If God is for us, who can be against us? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
